Entrepreneurship can empower ordinary people to do extraordinary things
Once looked upon as Mavericks who bucked the system, entrepreneurs have become mainstream players who are now driving our economy. Yet, much of what they do - and how they do it - remains a mystery.
Using 21st century technology to teach 21st century skills. ELI has developed a new class of multi-media online education programs that now enable participants to learn from the firsthand experience of today’s most successful entrepreneurs. This powerful, engaging and cost-effective format enables traditional and non-traditional students and teachers to learn and teach more effectively.
We offer a variety of customized and on-demand programs designed for individuals, organizations and academic institutions worldwide. Through a partnership with The Cisco Entrepreneur Institute, our programs are being distributed throughout Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia. Our recently released Mindset program is currently offered through our partnership with The Kauffman Foundation. Startup – 101, a complete semester-long program designed specifically for community colleges is scheduled to be released in 2010.
Flexible Delivery Options: From individual self-paced and instructor-led online learning to “blended” classroom courses, our programs offer the features and the flexibility that today’s students demand. In addition to written and video content, our programs include recommended reading, links to additional resources and individual learning assessments. Eli programs also include interactive classroom exercises and outside activities that are designed to expose opportunities and immerse students in real-life learning experiences.
In addition to our interactive online learning programs, we offer teacher training, curriculum consulting and other services designed to foster entrepreneurship in the classroom as well as the community. To learn more about our programs contact us.
“For the United States to survive and continue its economic and political leadership in the world, we must see entrepreneurship as our central comparative advantage…
We either support and nurture increasingly entrepreneurial activities in all aspects of our society and around the globe or run the very real risk that we will become progressively irrelevant on the world stage and suffer economically at home.”
